No Cancellations

Once an order for services or digital products is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted. This policy ensures that we can maintain the highest level of service and deliver projects efficiently without disruptions.

No Returns

Due to the nature of our digital products and services, returns are not accepted. All sales are final, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have reviewed all product details and service agreements before making a purchase.

No Refunds

Refunds are not provided for any services or products once the purchase is complete. This policy applies to all offerings, including but not limited to:


  • Consulting and Strategy Sessions: Payments for booked sessions are non-refundable.
  • Project-Based Services (Web Development, SEO, etc.): Payments made for project milestones, retainers, or full projects are non-refundable.
  • Digital Products (Software, Templates, etc.): All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Services: Fees for third-party services, such as hosting or software licenses, are non-refundable.
